The Salomones measures in at 7 inches with a tapered end and a ring gauge that varies from 50 to 57. This cigar is also made with a blend of Dominican, Nicaraguan, and Ecuadorian tobaccos, resulting in a smoke that is bold and flavorful. The first third of the Salomones is filled with notes of cedar and leather, followed by hints of coffee and earth in the second third. The final third is where the flavors really come alive, with bold notes of dark chocolate and a touch of spice. Through out the entire smoke there is an elegance and refine that lets you know you are smoking something blended to perfection that is balanced in flavour and strength. The Salomones is a complex and satisfying smoke, with a long and flavorful finish. I find the extra tobacco provides the illusion of being slight fuller body then the lancero so I actually prefer going with something a little fuller in flavour, so Lalani and Co's Silver Buds have been a wonderful pairing!
